How do I look after my Slouchy?
Your Slouchy is made from ultra-soft fleece and lined with ultimate warming sherpa comfort, it is 100% polyester. For best results, machine cold wash using mild detergents or handwash. Do not mix with colours. Do not tumble dry or iron.
If I have a question, how do I contact you?
The Slouchy team can be contacted Monday – Friday 9am -5pm by email help@slouchy.com we will endeavour to respond with 24 hours.
Where are you based?
We are a UK company based in Bath, so you can expect fast customer service if there is a problem with your order.
What delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail Parcelforce for all our UK deliveries which is a tracked 48 hour service unless otherwise requested at checkout.
How do I keep up with the latest designs and products from Slouchy?
We love posting about the things that inspire us, our products, new and upcoming designs
and ongoing sales on social media so follow us on Facebook and Instagram. You can also
subscribe to our newsletter where you’ll receive exclusive news on upcoming designs and
promotions before they are even announced online!
How can I use my discount code?
Your discount code needs to be applied upon checkout. Please make sure that before you complete your order that you verify if your discount was applied to your total purchase. This code will not be able to be applied at a later time. In addition, multiple discount codes will not be able to be applied to your order.

What is your Slouchy sizing?
Adult sizing - Each slouchy is equivalent to a 6XL hoodie plenty big enough for his and hers. Length 96cm. Waist 203cm.
Kids sizing
Small - Length 75cm. Waist 66cm.
Large - Length 80cm, Waist 73cm
